REAL ID extension for Guam ends

The extension for REAL ID enforcement on Guam ended on Jan. 10, which means residents looking to get into federal facilities like military bases and boarding commercial flights without a passport will need to have a REAL ID.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in its website, stated that Guam had an extension which allowed Guam IDs that weren’t REAL ID compliant to be used for those purposes.
