Nissan Rogue crossovers investigated for unexpected braking

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is probing reports of unintended braking in 675,000 2017-2018 Nissan Rogue vehicles, it said on Friday. NHTSA said it is opening a defect petition review in response to a request by the Center for Auto Safety. The agency will look at reports of the vehicles’ automatic emergency braking system engaging with no apparent obstruction in the vehicle’s path.,,
