New York: State Money Will Fix Some North Country Roads

If you think this winter has taken a heavy toll on our roads, you’re not alone.

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Thursday that $128 million in new state funding is earmarked for renewing state roadways impacted by this year’s harsh winter weather.

Funding will support 91 paving projects and the renewal of approximately 1,000 lane miles of pavement across the state, including at least one project in every county and the city of New York.
