With the prevalence of distracted driving as a result of increased smart phone usage, it may be surprising to learn that Connecticut is one of the safest states for distracted driving fatalities. In a new report by Let’s Talk, a site that analyzes mobile phone costs, Connecticut ranked as the third safest state in the country for distracted driving fatalities. The Nutmeg State closely follows behind Rhode Island (#1), and Vermont (#2).
