Colorado to receive $22 million in USDOT funding

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced on Nov. 25 that Colorado will receive $18 million as part of a nationwide $423 million investment in transit.

The largest award, $12 million, will go to Winter Park Lift to construct a bus maintenance facility. The town of Breckenridge, the city of Colorado Springs, and the state’s Department of Transportation also will receive money.
