California Assembly Bill 1273 threatens Orange County mobility

Reading Assembly Bill 1273, a piece of legislation recently proposed by Assemblymember Bill Brough, R-Dana Point, you’d never know that the reason South Orange County residents can easily drive back and forth between their jobs, homes, and schools is due to an agency known as The Toll Roads.

Brough has written a bill that effectively brings The Toll roads to its knees.  If you live in South Orange County, as I do, you know that residents in South Orange County could not travel to work in Aliso Viejo, to their homes in Ladera Ranch or to take classes at Saddleback Community College without The Toll Roads.
