I recieved a speeding ticket in Stuthers, OH on September 26, 2012. I sent in a letter pleading not guilty and they sent me a letter back scheduling a trial for October 26th, (29 days after the citation) the note on the letter states, Note: MANDATORY APPERARANCE. How do I proceed?

Typically in court cases you file for discovery and you get the documents the day you meet for the trial date then file a continuance. Maybe thats what you have to do.
