I was passing driving in pa yesterday and was pulled over by a state officer. I was not speeding or violating and traffic laws. But was issued a ticket and fine for what would amount to any inspection request in my home state. As stated I am not a pa resident so I am questioning the validity of this officers action? So my question is can pa officers ticket out of state drivers for vehicle standard that are not safety related but applied to pa residents. I have been driving said vehicle in my home state for years and NEVER been ticketed or pulled over for anything let alone the items the pa state officer sighted me for. Thanks in advance!
