    NMA Issue of the Day for January 4, 2017: DUI Warrantless Blood Draw
    Idaho Supreme Court has found the loophole around the recent SCOTUS decision on law enforcement obtaining a blood draw without a warrant. Police in Idaho no longer need a warrant to take blood forcibly from a motorist–as long as the judge does not pick up the phone.
