Dear NMA Southern California Members,
Gary Biller and Shelia Dunn, president and communications director respectively for the NMA, will be in Los Angeles in early October and are organizing a member meeting for the early afternoon — approximately 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm — of Sunday October 6th in or near Culver City.
This is an opportunity to meet and discuss the issues that are most important to area motorists.
In fact, a day earlier, Gary and Shelia will be participating in a local conference (with national implications) about efforts to impose Vision Zero measures, such as road diets, and the fallout those attempts are creating.
In order to choose a venue for the meeting, we will need to know how many members plan to attend. Please RSVP by returning this email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than September 20th and let us know your name and the number of people who will join you.
Family and friends interested in learning more about the NMA are welcome. Once we know how many will attend, we will select a meeting location—your suggestions are welcome—and follow up with the details.
We look forward to the opportunity to meet with you, hear what is foremost on the minds of Southern California motorists, and learn more of how the NMA can help.
Thank you for your support of the NMA and motorist rights!
