You Can Empower The NMA Foundation In 2010
This is an extremely important time of the year for the nonprofit NMA Foundation. We are seeking donations to fund the Foundation’s efforts in the coming year to support key motorist issues through education, research, and litigation. The impact that the Foundation will have in 2010 is directly related to the generosity of donors like yourselves – NMA members and non-members alike.
Many of you have just received a letter from the NMA detailing, among other things, an expanded sweepstakes that you can participate in by contributing to the NMA Foundation. Lucky winners will receive prizes such as:
- Valentine One Radar Locator
- Escort 9500ix Radar & Laser Detector
- (2) One-Year Wine Club Memberships
And, for the grand prize winner (and a guest), a week-long vacation to England with lodging will be provided at a fantastic manor within driving distance of London, Stonehenge, South Hampton, and other historic destinations.
Charles Burnett III is very generously making his Newtown Park Estate available as home-base for the week.
You will receive one sweepstakes entry for each $30 that you donate to the NMA Foundation. The more you are able to contribute, the better your chances of winning one, or more, of these prizes. Please note that because of the NMA Foundation’s 501(c)3 status, donations are tax-deductible.
You can visit /support-the-nma-and-nma-foundation/ to donate online, or call the Foundation toll-free at 800-882-2785, or you may return the donation card that was included with the mailing.
Please be sure to check with your employer to see if the company has a matching contribution program for donations to nonprofit organizations. It is a wonderful was to increase the power of your contribution to the NMA Foundation. If the Foundation needs to apply to become eligible for matching funds by your employer, please forward application instructions to our email address: email@example.com. The sweepstakes deadline is January 1, 2010.
Thank you for your ongoing support of the NMA, the NMA Foundation, and the motoring public.
