NMA Foundation 2009 Sweepstakes

This is an extremely important time of the year for the non-profit NMA Foundation. We are seeking donations to fund the Foundation's efforts in the coming year to support key motorist issues through education, research, and litigation. The impact that the Foundation will have in 2010 is directly related to the generosity of donors like yourselves -- NMA members and non-members alike.

For each $30 that you contribute to the NMA Legislative Fund, you'll receive one entry to win the fantastic prizes listed below.

Grand Prize: An Amazing Vacation To England

Longtime NMA supporter, Charles Burnett III has generously donated a weeklong vacation for one lucky NMA supporter and a guest. The trip includes accommodations at Newtown Park, Mr. Burnett's magnificent English estate.

Set on over 400 acres near Lymington, England, the home is located in New Forest, a unique nature preserve dating back centuries and one of England's most stunning areas. Newtown Park can serve as your perfect base to explore Southern England. Sweepstakes' Rules

ENTRY RULES

1. NMA Foundation donors who respond by January 1, 2010 will receive one entry for every $30 they contribute to the Foundation.
2. The number of entries a monthly donor will receive is based on the value of his/her total pledge.
3. Individuals may also qualify for entry by donating online at www.motorists.org/ nmafdonation/ or by calling 1-800- 882-2785.
4. Persons wishing to enter to win the sweepstakes, but not wishing to donate, should write to the NMA Foundation, 402 W. 2nd St., Waunakee, WI 53597 to obtain an entry form. Entry requests must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
5. One winner for each prize will be selected from all entries in a random drawing no later than January 14, 2010. The winners will be notified by January 28, 2010.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Each entrant agrees that if he/she is selected as the winner, the NMA Foundation will have the right to use his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness, and prize information for publicity without additional compensation.
2. If the person drawn as the grand prize winner is unable to use the vacation, the next name drawn will become the grand prize winner, and the first person drawn will be awarded the next prize level. If the potential grand prize winner fails to return the signed "Tour Claim Form" within two weeks of receiving it, he/she will be disqualified.
3. Travel is subject to a mutually agreeable date selected by the winner and the Newtown Park owner.
4. Roundtrip airfare is available from most major airports.
5. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
