I have read Brian Jonathan Wolk's book recently.  Please ask Mr. Wolk to write a book like this for the State of Florida. Within the last year, I received a traffic ticket for speeding.  I was told by the officer that his radar clocked me for 15 miles over the speed limit.  I wanted to go to court and fight this, but felt that I didn't have a chance in hell to get out of it, even though I knew I had not been going as fast as I was sited.  I ended up paying my ticket  ($150.00) because I felt that it would have been a waste of my time and money to fight this.  If I would have had access to this book or one based on the State of Florida, I would have felt comfortable fighting the case and making the government prove their case against me. Congratulations to Mr. Wolk for this Masterpiece!!!!!!!!!!

I read the book by Brian Wolk titled "Ohio Traffic Tickets are For The Birds" and really enjoyed it. It truly enlightened me, and I will be challenging any future traffic tickets that I might incur.  It might take a little extra time, but with this book as a guide, I feel obligated to do so.  I agree with the author, and believe that law abiding everyday American citizens have taken enough. Our government is supposed to be "of the people, for the people", lets get it back that way.

I heard Brian Wolk on WGAR's morning show, where he spoke about this website.  What a great resource this is for citizens of Ohio and everyone traveling through! Also, I learned that Brian's book has special sections for juveniles too.  My child will be of driving age in about a year so I'm buying his book in preparation for the inevitable. Thanks Ohio NMA!

Not only is this book an enjoyable and humorous read, the content is insightful and empowering.  Most importantly, it works.  I have personally observed some of the reviewed strategies and tactics in action, in court, in Pennsylvania and they were devastatingly successful for the defense.  You wouldn't believe how often the court system and law enforcement officers come to your court case sloppy and unprepared.  The system is not prepared to battle knowledgeable and empowered individuals.  Fight for your rights, so that you can keep them.  Quit paying more and more taxes (disguised as traffic tickets).
