If you are a supporting (paid) member:
We can answer any ticket questions you might have over the phone or via email.
If you're a basic (free) member:
We will answer your ticket questions via email, but not over the phone.
If you are not a member of NMA:
We are willing to answer any question you might have for a one-time fee of $5.95.
