Iowa: Red Light Camera Ban - S3248
Senator Pat Ward recently proposed an amendment (S 3248) to ban red-light cameras in the state of Iowa. The amendment was added to an existing transportation policy bill (HF 793) and the legislature will soon be having a debate on the issue.
