Florida: Red Light Cameras - SB2558 & HB1247
There are two identical red-light camera bills, one in the Senate and one in the House, being considered by the Florida Legislature that require your immediate attention.
These bills would allow the use of red-light cameras in the state of Florida. A summary of the bills is below :
SB2558 & HB1247: Authorize the use of red-light cameras.
Defines term "traffic infraction detector"; authorizes counties & municipalities to enact ordinances permitting use of traffic infraction detectors; requires signage; provides penalties for traffic control signal violations detected by traffic infraction detectors, etc. (full text)
Minnesota: Red Light Camera Bill - HF1058
There is a red-light camera bill being considered by the Minnesota Legislature that requires your attention.
This bill, HF1058, would restore the use of red-light cameras to the state of Minnesota. The previous red-light camera enforcement program, also known as Photocop, was struck down by the courts.

New Jersey: Red Light Camera Bill - S2123
The Red Light Camera (RLC) bill is scheduled for a hearing in the
Senate Transportation Committee on Monday, March 5, at 1 PM in
Committee Room 10, 3rd floor of the State House Annex in Trenton.
Bill S2123, introduced by Democratic Senator Joseph Coniglio
(District 38 - Bergen) in July of 2006, is very focused on
implementation of RLCs at the municipal level and amendments are in
the works
